Through a Twitter post, Vela has said the person reported is the driver of the Russian Liaison Office in Kosovo, not Denis Vangerski.
According to him, Russian Interconnection Office officials have issued the territory of the Republic of Kosovo within 24 hours after people were declared <x0non grata”.
“Dezinforms: The person in the photo is the driver of the Russian Liaison Office in Kosovo, not Denis Vangerskii. Russian Liaison Office officials have left the territory of the Republic of Kosovo within 24 hours of announcing persona non grata”, Vela wrote.
By contrast, Top Chanel reported yesterday that the Russian named “non-grata”, by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Presidency, has been seen in downtown Pristina, only 200m from the Government and Presidency.
