Prime Minister Edi Rama has recalled the earthquake that took place two years ago in Albania, where 51 people died and more than 3 thousand were injured.
Rama has reminded victims of this event stressed that tragedy tests people.
He says that “can say without fear that today we have risen stronger, and we can also take a sigh of relief, as thousands of families hit by that disaster today are better than before it hit”.
He has thanked all those who offered to help in this situation.
“M HOPE. Tragedy tests people, people, states and two years from the overwhelming disaster of the earthquake, remembering the losses, wounds, pain and seeing what we can do here, can we say without any doubt that we are stronger today and that we can breathe a sigh of relief, as thousands of families hit by that disaster today are better than before the impact? I remember with pain the families that lost loved ones and I remain forever grateful for all those who gave their first aid, who were solidified from all four corners of the country and the world with the victims of disasters, who worked and worked hard to get the last family home to better, stronger, more beautiful?” wrote Rama.
He has also published several photos of the tragedy.
