At the Rama conference, the agreements that have been reached today between the two countries are important to the states.
“Elimination of all double procedures is our obligation in all sectors, and in the concrete case, the creation of the new joint manual for standard operating procedures in Durres customs is what I said about another level of movement that comes in relation to customs procedures”, the Albanian prime minister said.
Furthermore, Rama also spoke of the agreement reached for the transition without physical control at border checkpoints, on holiday days, weekends and summer holidays.
“
Rama also spoke of the agreement on extending joint consular services.
I want to underline what is a common goal not only between the two governments but also personally to extend the network of joint consular services”, he has said further.
Similarly Rama has said not all agreements between Kosovo and Serbia have been implemented, but it cannot be said according to him that the result is zero.
To say that not all signed agreements have found complete application, we can say that without any doubt. I've discussed this every time there was government in Kosovo. It is not true that the result has been zero. Some agreements have been fully implemented, some are in effect, and some have stalled. With Albin we had a dynamic approach and focused on a number of agreements that are concrete”, he said.
Rama cited the fact that the two governments have earmarked funds for the Durres Pristina railway.
We are in power where there is a reflection of what went wrong in the past”.
