Albania's Prime Minister, Edi Rama, has declared today in Belgrade that Albania, Serbia and Northern Macedonia call on Kosovo to join the Balkans in the open and that disputes should be resolved with dialogue.
“Tri states, indiscriminately invite Kosovo to come and work with us. When it comes to disagreements, they are resolved with dialogue”, Rama told reporters at '{0}'Plata Srbija.
He added that all would be better if all six Western Balkan countries joined the initiative.
Rama met today in Belgrade under the “Open Balkans” initiative with Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq, Deputy Prime Minister of Northern Macedonia Nikola Dimitrov, businessmen from the three countries and representatives of the Atlantic Council.
The Open Balkans is a regional initiative that includes Albania, Northern Macedonia and Serbia, formerly known as mini-Shengen
