The 95-year-old monarch was running her Jaguar, mask “ ” with sunglasses and a scarf.
Buckingham Palace reported on Friday that Her Majesty had accepted the doctors' recommendation not to be involved in official events for at least two weeks.
Even the queen is not attending the COP26 meeting held in Glasgow.
