During a speech to officials for foreign policy in Moscow, the Russian president said talks to resolve the conflict east of Ukraine are heading towards a dead “bottom” and accused the West of using the immigrant crisis in Belarus against Moscow ally Minsk.
He said NATO, with which Russia cut off the reports last month, has destroyed all mechanisms for dialogue, Reuters writes, broadcast the Express newspaper.
Otherwise, Ukraine and Western countries have expressed concern over Russian forces' movements near the Ukrainian border. On the other hand, Russia has complained that NATO has increased its military presence in the Black Sea region.
