The Kosovo Civil Service Union and the Independent Trade Union of Kosovo Administration today protest before the Government of Kosovo, demanding the budgeting of means for implementation of the Law for the budget for 2022, general collective agreement and health insurance.

According to the announcement, the protest decision was made after the SSHCK and SPAK executive leaders gathered and after the pressure of broad membership, as well as after ignoring the basic requirements on the part of the Kosovo Government.

<x0 Group Law of Salaries, budgeting means for implementation of the budget law for the 2022 budget, General Kolektive Agreement, Health Security, recognition of the experience of the work of all public officials unjustly expelled and violent work officials during the 90th years, the appointment of minimum wage, and the tendency for the intimidation and politicisation of the Civil Service through the implementation of the law for public officials assess that the government of Kosovo is not expressing full willingness to discuss these subtracy demands addressed by SSH-PA and SPA. Thus, the Conform Law on Union Organising in Kosovo, as well as the Law on Public Rallys, the Civil Service Union of Kosovo, as well as the Independent Trade Union of Administration of Kosovo made this decision for protest, which will be held on the date 26.11.2021 starting at 11:00-12 o'clock in St. The number of participants will be limited due to the pandemic status”, the announcement said.
