At the trial hearing of Salih Mustaf, which in most of the time is under way closed, the fifth protected witness has said the unit in which he was involved depends on Brigade 153.
He said he didn't have any personal contact with Mustaf, except he knew it from others.

After the prosecution's questions, the witness with the W04603 code has answered Mustafa's defence attorney's questions, Julius Von Bone.

Witness: I didn't report anything.
He has also been asked about Agron Xhemajli, who he said was the leader of the military police.
The witness, among other things, has said that the 153 Brigade had headquarters at the Zlatshi school and that her commander was Sejdiu Wessel.
The person with the W04603 code is the fifth witness in the case of Salih Mustaf, the trial that began on September 15, 2021.
Under the alleged war crimes indictment against Salih Mustaf has been confirmed on June 12th 2020, as he was arrested on September 24th last year.
In his statement before the court, Salih Mustafa has been declared innocent.
