The Kosovo government, led by Prime Minister Albin Kurti, has set the focus on establishing the public company “Trepca”. Visits there, the opening of the terminal and the investment promises are some of the developments that unite Kurti and “Trepca”.
In a visit he had made on October 20th to “Trepca”, together with Economy Minister, Minister of the Line for Public Enterprises Artane Rizvanolli, promises did not fail. For the next two years, investments in “Trepce” will be 70m euros, reports “Zeri”. But in the 2022 Budget Bill, the issue is different in planning.
The economy ministry code 213, code 228000 and subnkod 0441 in next year's project, has the “Trepsine Mine”. Only threem euros in subsidies and transfers have been allocated there. Furthermore, in projections for next year 2023 the figure of subsidies is equally equal to 3m euros.
If we go back over the years and we look at the budget sharing for the “Treps”, there are years when the budget was larger.
In 2017 for this mine from the Ministry of Economic Development was divided to a total of 4,817,870 euros, of which for subsidies of 3,082,870 euros.
In 2018, for the same mine, 4.817,870 euros for subsidies and transfers were allocated from the same source.
In 2019 the mine of “Three” had received a subvention from the Government of Kosovo of 4,817,870 euros, just like the year before.
In 2020 it was a budget of 3,522,870 euros that has gone from Kosovo's budget. But by the end of that year, the company's poor condition had been forced to allocate 1.1m euros to pay employees' salaries.
In this year, 2021, 3,000 euros have been allocated in Kosovo's budget.
“Such a thing is not easy because of the amortisation of technical means, and there is no large part of the xehes sold as raw concentrations.
