Colak, while discussing armed thefts that are often frequented in Kosovo, said the people who perform these works do it mostly because of the need, but also passion.
The passion is also made of theft, but the absolute majority is due to need and economic conditions and needs are created in the habit. Mania is passion when a person enjoys stealing. Manias are a problem to heal, they can be tamed because it's hard to recover” said Colak.
Even further, good security connoisseur Colak indicates that theft often results in disease. That's because thieves experience emotional discharge and feel triumphant until they succeed in committing a theft.
The professor explains the cases when guns are used during the robbery, but according to Colak, thieves do not intend to use them first.
“Hani does not intend primary use of weapons in most cases, are actions that develop quickly. The alleged criminal has emotions and may fear he can be captured” said good security connoisseur.
The goal at Frontal was also discussed in the educational and integral role of corrective services.
