This is the pro-American resolution rejected by the VV

Today, parliamentary debate has been held in the Kosovo Assembly, called by the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK), on the issue of American gas. The AAK, along with the accompanying motion, had also proposed a resolution.

The resolution, which was proposed by the AAK, was voted into the Kosovo Assembly and since 46 ruling deputies voted against it, this resolution was not adopted.

It was Mr. Haradinaj, who almost at the end of the session shortly before the resolution vote, asked parliamentary groups to sit down and agree on the text, but that the LVV was in full opposition to this and decided to vote against, for reasons this resolution would not be approved by the Parliament of the Republic of Kosovo.

Here is the resolution proposed by the AAK and supported by the entire opposition:

REZOLUA

1. The Government of Kosovo is committed to strategic alternatives to power supply, and in the short term, to examine the Kosovo Republic's 2017-26 Energy Strategy.

2. To inform the Republic of Kosovo of alternatives to power supply with detailed economic and strategic information.

3. Co-operate with the MCC as the US Federal Agency to resolve the unnecessary dilemmas that you've resolved with recent actions as soon as possible.

4. To take concrete action to enable the 200 million budget destined by the Biden Administration to be used according to available agreements with the MCC and studies they have done so far

5. You apologise to Beden administrations, the American Embassy in Kosovo and Kosovo citizens for the eventual damage to reports with the US and to take concrete action to restore sincere reports.
