A prisoner dies, sentenced for war crimes against civilians

According to the SHKK, 61-year-old has since been accepted with arterial diagnosis, for which he has been treated, and after regular checks at the centre's doctor, cardiologist, and other professional visits.
After the deterioration of the situation, in 05.11.2021, at the recommendation of the caretaker doctor has been submitted to the SHSKUK and has been hospitalised in the Pulmology Clinic. Despite ongoing medical efforts and treatment, the prisoner has passed away.
The same was sentenced to ten years in prison for the criminal offence; War crimes against civilians were being held in the High Security Prison. The medical staff has prepared the necessary documentation regarding the case. The autopsy will verify the cause of death”, says the announcement.
