The Commission for Business, Work and Submissions has adopted the Law on Business Divisions for the Kosovo Republic Budget for 2022.
Finance, Labour and Transfers Minister Iron Murati has presented the draft budget for 2022, which is envisioned to be above 2. 7 billion euros.
Murati has said that in addition to increasing the budget for some dictatorships, it is the continuation of the Economic Resurrection programme despite the fact that the economy has been somewhat recooperative.
On the other hand, the opposition has been critical of the 2022 draft, which they have said is not a developmental one.
Commission Deputy Chairman Mergim Lushtaku has had remarks on the draft budget, which he called undeveloping and visionless.
MP Lushtaku also raised the issue of public debt growth and manipulation, as he said, in numbers for economic growth.
As far as Minister Murati has reacted to this, he said that by means of this draft, there is a decrease in public debt from 32 percent to 27 percent.
As for economic growth, Murati said that real growth would be 9.9 percent until nominal 12 percent.
MP Avdullah Hoti from the LDK raised the issue of cutting the budget for the Ministry of Health, and has asked Minister Murati whether the Law on Salaries has been budgeted, the KP reports.
To that end, he received answers from Minister Murati that if the law is adopted, it will be covered by means of tools from what he said contingent with 55m euros.
Former Finance Minister Hoti has also sought responsibility for road capital projects -- the one for Podujevo, Gjilan and Tetovo.
MP Paul Lekaj from the AAK criticised Minister Murati for not including the Law of Salaries and cutting the budget to several dictatorships, as he said.
MP Lekaj also said that no possible parliamentary elections for 2022 were envisioned with this budget.
Until the laughter broke out by members of the Commission for Lekaj's election bid.
He mentioned that there are budgetary cuts in most ministries, while for RTK at 2.2m euros less.
Minister Murati said about 100 employees in this public media receive salaries more than a minister's salary.
