Through a communiqué to the media, police have said that two Russian citizens -- Alexey Krivosev and Denis Vangerski -- have been declared <x0non grata” -- and that they left Kosovo on 23 October and that since that day they have returned to Kosovo.
For the person whose photo has been published, they say he is the other person (V.L.) known for security institutions in Kosovo, as an employee at the Russian office in Kosovo.
