The director of the Office for Kosovo in Serbia's Government, Petar Petkovovic, has applied to Kosovo Foreign Minister Donika Grovalla, who has said Alexander Vuciq and Vladimir Putin pose a threat to war in the Balkans.
“Donika Grovalla, the only one who destabilises the region is Albin Kurti lobbling for Greater Albania, bypassing Brussels' agreements, making the special forces' arming up against unarmed citizens in northern Kosovo”, Petkovic wrote on Twitter.
