Which party won the most municipalities in the 2017 local elections, which in those in 2021?

The PDK has won a total of nine municipalities, which it happens to have mostly of Albanian parties.

The Serbian list, as in past local elections, has won 10 municipalities.

Unlike past local elections, where there were two independent candidates winning in two municipalities in this election is only Dzafer Gashi with the Civic Initiative for Obilic.

The New Kosovo coalition has not won any municipalities, as long as in the past elections it had South Mitrovica with Agim Bahtiri, who had then moved to LVV.
