At a moment when VV activists were collecting money to develop an activity within the VV office, VV agent The PDK had recorded this and used it as evidence for allegedly buying votes”, reads the article in the newspaper near LVV.

The emphasis on video-incation, which according to the newspaper's writing, covers the incident's assembly scandal for vote buying against LVV was provided by media sources. There is no mention of Edsim Rama, who allegedly recorded illegal conversations.
