It during a discussion on Kosovo's future and the challenges of the region under the Advanced International Studies School “John Hopkins”, has said this association would not cause problems only Kosovo, but also allies, Klaankosova reported.tv.
“The implementation is not just pre-coupling the creation of a “Republika Srpska” but goes against investments for stability that our partners have been doing for years. It's not good for partners either, it'll cause headaches. You too will face this instability”, Osmani has indicated.

Osmani has clarified that the agreement for the Association of Serbian municipalities cannot be implemented because the Constitutional Court has concluded it is not in line with it.
