PZAP has approved the PDK candidate complaint for Dragas Mayor Shaban Shabani, and has cancelled all ballot papers submitted via mail for the second round of local elections for mayor of this municipality.
The PZAP has ordered the Central Election Commission (KQZ) that the cancelled ballots do not include them in the outcome of the elections, held on November 14th.
This came after Democratic Party of Kosovo candidate Shaban Shabanni on November 17th complained to PZAP after claiming that in the second round of elections there have been manipulations which have violated the integrity of the election process, diverting the will of most voters.
