Votering rights in this second round have 1 million and 260 thousand and 571 citizens, these voters can exercise their right at 575 polling stations with a total of 1,638 thousand seats.
The number of political party observers is 9,199, while the number of citizens' observers is 88, the number of foreign embassy observers is 50, the number of observers of non-governmental local organisations is 319, the number of observers of international organisations is 118, as well as the number of ombudsman observers is 69.
The cities in which Gjakova, Drinas, Gjilani, Dragashi, Istog, Kacanik, Klina, Fushe Kosova, Kamenica, Obilici, Rahoveci, Podujevo, Pristina, Prizren, Shtime, Vitita, Vushtrria, Malisha, Junika, Mamusha and Klokoti, while in the first round, the mayors of 17 municipalities are elected.
According to the CEC decision, the number of ballotings that have been printed for this round is 1 million and 136 thousand and 150 ballots. Even for these elections, fewer ballots have been printed, 10 per cent or about 125 thousand ballots with less than the total number of voters this round.
Today between seven o'clock and seven o'clock, Kosovo citizens will have the opportunity to vote for the country's 21 municipalities.
