Through a post, he wrote that 19 delegates, who were intellectuals, and only Isa Boletin illiterate, from Kosovo, Macedonia and Sandzak of Novi Pazar, had attended.
Professor Spahiu wrote that in the movie for 28 November was part of Enver Hoxha's propaganda, where all these parts were represented by Isa Boletin in order for Kosovars to appear as illiterate.

Rexhep Mitrovica, Bedri Peajani, Salih Djuka, Mitafhat Bay Frasher, Mehmet pas Derela, Isa Boletini, Dervis Beg Mitrovica, Riza Bea Gjakova, Hajdin Bey Draga, Dervis Bey Ipeku, Zenel bej Begolli, Qer Begoli, Zyhdi Bay Ohrid, Dr. H. Myrtezai, Nuri Soyliu, Hamdi Bay Ohrid, Mustafa Baruti, Dervis Hima.
Of these 19th, all were intellectuals except the illiterate Isa Bolletin. In the Enverist propaganda film for November 28th, all of Kosovo, the Sandzak Macedonia of Novi Pazar is represented only by Isa Boletin. And poor Lisa, without whom the red and black flag rose, and who had all the boys with the faculty, Enver Hoxha killed the boys. The goal was to portray Kosovars as illiterate.
