Earlier this month, authorities in Kiev claimed that about 900,000 Russian soldiers and heavy equipment, including tanks, were repossessed near Ukraine, prompting fears of a possible invasion.
During a press conference with Ukraine's Foreign Minister, Secretary General NATO, Jens Stoltenberg, said the alliance remains alert to Russia's latest movement.
He said any further provocation or aggressive action from Russia would be a serious concern and that the Kremlin should be transparent about its military activities.
