Naser Rugova's brother publicly supports Beka Berisha in Istog

Smajl Rugova is in support of the change in Istog. The brother of Public Services Director in the Istog municipality, Enver Rugova and the former LDK delegation, Naser Rugova, has supported the candidate for change, Beke Berisha.

With a speech last night before those present, Smajl Rugova charged Istog's LDK is a corrupt party and flooded by familiarism.
