Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, a voice interview for the online magazine “Monocle”, has said he would vote for if a democratic referendum for joining Albania was presented.
“In the future if it was presented as a democratic referendum peacefully I would vote for, but I repeat again, only if it was to be done peacefully and democraticly”, Kurti said when asked firmly how he would vote in a referendum to join Albania.
Political analysts praised the position as a change until the former LDK leader, Isa Mustafa, says his [Curt] change in the national union is not a problem, but the problem lies with those who trust him.
Mustafa, speaking of Kurti's stance on a possible referendum on joining Albania, does not give up even the border agreement with Montenegro, saying that even the work of 8,200 hectares has been a false cause. The former head of the LDK says that those who created these causes, as they came to power, did not make even the smallest action for the same, since they were false.
“Z. Kurt's adapting to reality. It is not his problem to change his stance on national unity, with transforming the role from leader to voter's, but the problem lies with those who trust him. As is not the problem with those who created the false cause for losing 8,200 hectares of border agreement with Montenegro and left citizens without visa liberalisation and confined to the ghetto, but with those who blindly believed in this cause.
And what's happening today? All those who created these causes came to power, and they did not take a single step toward them. Why? Because they were fakes. Today they will be brought about as though they had never existed. Citizens were still isolated, and there are loggers who believe on 8,200 hectares, and the cheaters have been promoted to high positions: President, Prime Minister, MP, mayor.
That's why I don't see it much, Mr. President. Kurt didn't even claim today, because he knew to manipulate the masses; which was his purpose to come to power. He has not been foolish enough not to know what he or she can and cannot when he comes to power. His followers were left to take comfort in their illusions and to comply with fraud”, Mustafa told Express.
Unlike this statement by Prime Minister Ilir Mirena, journalist Ilir Mirena said Kurti is the villain of the fraud, saying he has promised 15 years that he will unite Kosovo with Albania once he takes power.
While, Petit Zogaj, a political connoisseur, said that from these statements by Prime Minister Kurti, he must be the fraud of two decades in Kosovo politics.
Almost the same opinion was expressed by journalist Valon Syla, who says Kurt failed to unite PSD with Vetevendosje, let me unite Albania with Kosovo.
