The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjilan has filed a request for the detention measure, in the 30-day term, against defendants V.H., E.N., R.I., A.S. and B.K., due to alleged allegations that they committed serious murder in co-ordination.
There is doubt based on that on November 08, 2021, around 20:40 minutes, in the neighbourhood “Arberia, in Gjilan, near the home of the late E.R., after a dispute over a cash debt between defendants, defendants have deliberately deprived life now of the late E.R., in a way that has equipped with two types of firearms, fired seven times in front of one of the other, where from gun exchange the deceased was left.
The defendants charged with the state prosecutor's order are placed under the 48-hour ban.
Gjilan Mayor Lutfi Haziri has said that he is shocked after the ax of killing one person and wounding another in Gjilan on Monday.
Through a reaction, Haziri has asked the legal organs to clear this case to the end.
