We remember that Vetevendosje Movement official Bislim Bislimaj has pointed to the head of the year, Sokol Halit of Jakup Haxhi on charges brought against him for the rape of a minor.
Bislimaj had said the charge against him is political and unconfirmed.
While Gjilan's Constitutional Prosecutor has said yesterday that Vetevendosje Movement official Bislim Bislimaj has been suspended for a 48-hour ban.
According to the prosecution, the juvenile gynaecological examination found that she was sexually abused by Bislimaj. Consequently, the prosecution says there has been no more reasonable doubt that the LVV official has committed this crime.
