Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu at RTV Dukaagjini says LVV has been against the establishment of the Special Court, but according to her, this Court cannot be remanded.
It shows that Justice Ministry officials have travelled to The Hague where they met with the accused, but that Thaci and Wessel have not wanted to meet with them.
“We have had a visit to the Special Court, except Mr. Thaci and Wessel, who have not wanted to meet with representatives of the Ministry of Justice, we have met Mr. Krasniqi, Selimi and Gucati. Thaci and Wessel have not wanted to meet with Justice Ministry representatives”.
Haxhiu says each of those in The Hague have financial support from state and have been protected and paid
