Minister Hadziu's language: PDK issues hall

PDK deputies launched the Kosovo Assembly Hall, while the plenary session was held, the Periscope broadcasts.

Following a strong clash between Blerta Deliu and Minister Albulen Hadziu, who flooded a host of serious charges towards PDK deputies, the latter eventually launched the hall.
