Milliardier Munger: Good thing I got money. There's no connection.

You need to get used to the fact that billionaires are not the most popular people in our society”, Minger told Marketwatch over the weekend. “Better be billionaire and not be loved by all than not before I have”, he adds.
Critics have rejected Munger's plans for a windowless building that wants to build and that, according to them, looks more like a prison than a student dorm.
Over 90% of the building's rooms will be without windows. Munger has said he believes that this would encourage interactivity among students.
The project depends on a $200 million donation made by Munger and on the clause says his plans cannot be changed.
The convikt, dubbed Munger Hall in honour of the billionaire's donation, is expected to cost around $1.5 billion, the Blic newspaper writes.
Dennis McFadden, an advisory architect of The UCSB criticised the project and resigned last week. In his letter of resignation, McFadden said he cannot support the plans: “From my perspective as architect, parent and human beings, I can't”, Dennis said.
Despite McFadden's resignation in protest, Minger is sticking to his idea and work continues.
I think the building will be a big success. It's hard to get two architects to ever agree on anything”, Minger said.
