Miftaraj says that when the VV came to power, the request for judicial control ignored it through the Ministry of Justice.
The Ministry of Justice, through draft Penal Procedure Code, gives the prosecutor final authority to step-by-step and close cases without going to court at all”, Miftaraj wrote.
He adds that a government is not valued on the basis of statements but actions and says decisions on the basis of resentment are paid with your skin.

When IKD was seeking trial control, the VV was on its side.
When the VV came to power, the request for court control was ignored through the Justice Ministry.
The Ministry of Justice through draft Criminal Procedure Code gives the prosecutor final authority in step and closes cases without going to the tribunal at all.
A government is not valued on the basis of statements but actions.
Decisions on the basis of resentment are paid with your skin.
P.S. This post does not prejudge or contest P decision SRK. This post is a reflection of the lack of legal means to complain about the decision to close cases in the prosecution, when the citizen believes and proves that I was violated by a right.
