Metro: VV candidate for head of Shtime [+ brother] with charges of usurping property

By 16,06.2018 of the official prosecution documents, it is seen that Qemajl Ali's brother with the initials A.A., elected director at the Aurora sh.p.k.k. who owns himself, has usurped the properties of a German foreign investor (Xella Kosova) since the case has threatened the investor, Kosovo police and company security officials. On the day of the threat of usurpation had come from Tirana to help his brother and the owner of the Aurora sh.p.k. company. Kemal Ali who's a witness to the case.

The heavy tools which are the property of the Aurora sh.k.k company, which even after a cut order, have not left the foreign investor's property, have prompted Kosovo's prosecution to file an indictment for usurping property.

After successive problems that owners of the Aurora sh.g. company led by their director caused the foreign investor, the latter has attracted this investment (has become the closure of German Fabric Xella Kosova) .

All of this is associated with facts that can be seen below, but criminal acts have not ended here.

The same, after usurping property, as of 28/06/2018 they have committed yet another criminal act against the management staff as well as the security of Xella Company. The persons involved in this criminal act (Qajel Aliu's brother and son) are sentenced to effective prison.
