“Prizren citizens have teamed up to support Shaqir Totay, to end the degrading four-year rule in Prizren, and to revive our vision of comprehensive, development, open and transformational governance. November 14th will be the historic date for Prizren -- the date that will mark the starting point of radical positive changes -- in this emblems municipality. ”, Krasniqi points out.
