Gazmend Muharnier of the Democratic League of Kosovo in the first round, receiving 60.49 per cent.
The muhramer in Pajë chairman's position managed to confirm for the third time.
He won the races in 2013, then in 2017, and now in 2021.
The same fate has followed his associate Imri Ahmeti to Lipjan.
Ahmeti also concluded the winner's case in the first round, taking 56.42 per cent so winning the post of Lipjan chairman for the third time.
The Kosovo Alliance for the Future Union's Ramosaj will continue governing for another four years in Decani.
Ramosaj also managed to win in the first round, receiving 64.90 per cent of the vote.
So he is re-elected for the second time at the top of this municipality.
And Bali Muharremaj, also coming from the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo, the winner's dilemma ended in the first round, receiving 51.30 per cent of the vote.
So he is re-elected as chairman of Suhareka for the second time.
His post in Ferizaj also preserved Agim Aliu, of the Democratic Party of Kosovo.
Aliu as mayor of this town was reconfirmed after winning without a run-off, receiving 62.38 per cent of the vote.
He is re-elected for more than twice in this position.
Ardian Gjini, running for chairman of Gjakova, will remain in the same position for the next four years.
He managed to reconfirm for the second time after in the second round he defeated Vetevendosje candidate Mimoza Kusari-Lila.
Ginny received 56.06 per cent of the vote.
Even his AAK colleague Zenun Elezaj will be chairman of Kline for another term.
He won face Esat Raci from the Democratic Party of Kosovo.
Elezaj in the second round received 55.11 per cent of the vote.
The mayor's Karric will not even release Ramiz Ladrovci of the Democratic Party of Kosovo.
He won face-to-face Driton Ajazi, coming from the “Civic Initiative for Drenasi”.
Ladrovci received 54.14 per cent winning the mandate for the second time.

Bulliqi for the first time at the helm of the Podujevo municipality was elected in November 2020.
At the top of the Obilics municipality for the second time will be Xhafer Gashi.
He won in the second round facing Halil Thaci of Vetevendosje, receiving 61.41 per cent.
Kosovo's Speaker for a mandate will again be Burim Berisha, of the Democratic League of Kosovo.
Berisha has been confirmed at the top of this municipality for more than four mandates.
He in the second round defeated Enver Bajcinca, of the Vetevendosje Movement after receiving 66.04 per cent of the vote.
Meanwhile, based on the results published by the Central Election Commission, there may be a change of outcome in the Yunik municipality and Dragash.
