Latifi through a Facebook post said Albanians have some sense of archaic satisfaction in disrespecting law and communications regulations.
Latif said the bad news about this is that we don't learn, but we continue with the old.

Communications regulations are designed to avoid deaths. We ignore them, so many Albanian lives are lost in communications. For days. All year round.
Still not finished this year, its balance in Kosovo is terrible: over 10,000 accidents, 97 dead, hundreds more disabled.
Regular technical control of vehicles has been designed to avoid accidents from breaking their mechanisms. We ignore these checks, so many Albanian lives are lost in communications. Daily. All year round. We have some archaic satisfaction in disrespecting law and regulations and boast of their disregard. And we pay him dearly. With our lives and our relatives. And to the worse, we never get a lesson. Never mind. Let's go with the old one. Waiting for new tragedies, such as the latter in Macedonia.
