On 25 September of this year, when the roads in northern Kosovo were blocked and the Kosovo government sent Special Unit there, Prime Minister Albin Kurti had published photos of two people, and along with their biographies, had said they are the main ones in organising the roadblocks.

About what happened so far with these two people, the MP Hissen Berisha's PDK has asked Prime Minister Albin Kurti.

“Please tell us, are they and why they are not arrested if they are not, are they being prosecuted at least by Kosovo's justice as criminals who are”, Berisha has asked, Pryskopi follows.

The prime minister's response was that the executive cannot intervene in the judiciary, but added that according to information that has the case is under investigation.

The judiciary is independent and cannot interfere with the latter. Based on information received by the Special Prosecutor, the Directorate for Investigations of Red Crimes is investigating the case of the roadblocks in the north. At this stage they're still in the investigation procedures”, Kurti said, forwarded Periscoi.

But, MP Berisha said the two criminals declared by Kurti with biographies on the official Facebook page were face-to-face with the Kosovo Police in the north.

It's not working on the Imminial element that you've reflected with pictures and criminal biographies. Their presence has been face-to-face with police”, he said. /Periscopi/
