Kosovar harassed Luxembourg ambassador during traffic circulation

A press report, Pristina Foundation Prosecutor, has suggested Kosovo has harassed the ambassador during traffic circulation.

On the other hand, the prosecution has suggested that the same has been banned for 48 hours.

“Foundation Procurory in Pristina, the General Department, with the decision of the state prosecutor, has banned the 48 hours-long person with the initials of E.H., after the same allegedly carried out the criminal work “deportation”, by Article 182 of the Republic of Kosovo's Penal Code. The high-ranking suspect, in 10,11.2021, during his traffic course in Pristina, has shown undesirable behaviour of harassment to Luxembourg's ambassador to Kosovo. To the same, further procedure action will be taken”, the prosecution announced.

Pristina, November 11th, 2021] The Constitutional Prosecutorship in Pristina, the General Department, with the decision of the state prosecutor, has banned the 48 hours-long person with the initials of E.H., after the same one allegedly carried out the criminal work “deportation”, from Article 182 of the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
