KED programme for professional student promotion gets support from Pristina University

Like the preliminary years, even this year, students of different Pristina University faculty will be able to become part of one of the most prestigious programmes in the country. An opportunity for professional promotion, where successful students will also have access to employment in KED after the programme is completed.
Pristina University Rector Prof. Dr. Naser Sahiti, who signed this agreement, expressed his gratitude for this opportunity being offered to students for nine years now, stressing that such a programme is preparing students firmly for the future.
“KEDS is doing excellent work through KEDS Academy programme. The preparation of our students with practical knowledge, along with the theoretical ones they already receive during their studies, certainly contributes to their professional preparation, making them available for the job market. And this, of course, has produced very encouraging results during these nine years of co-operation”, Sahiti said.
Meanwhile, the director for Quality, Security & Treatment of KED, Valbona Kadrijaj, points out that KED is quite pleased with the preparation of UPP students, which undoubtedly reflects the work and high engagement of Pristina University academic staff.
Our co-operation with UP over these years has always been on the level. On the other hand, every year, we find there's an increase in interest by the UPP students to become part of our programme. This collaboration is enabling us to select the best students, preparing them professionally for the” market, she stressed.
So far in KEDS Academy, more than 400 students and students have graduated and a considerable number of them work in KEDs, while the programme has also helped students in further invasions inside and abroad.
