An indictment of teachers who beat up 13-year-old student

The founding prosecutor in Gjilan, the general department, has filed charges against teachers who beat up 13-year-old student at a school in the Year.

According to the prosecution's media communiqué, it is said that the teacher H.R. on November 1st of this year, at an elementary school in the year had abused, terrified and severely offended the student's dignity.

He had at first raised his voice, and then he was struck and slapped.

The Founding Procurory in Gjilan, the General Department, has filed an indictment against indictees H.R., due to the criminal act ʹKeraging during the exercise of official duty or public authorization, by Article 195 of the Republic of Kosovo's Penal Code. According to the indictment, defendant H. R, on November 01st, 2021, in an elementary school in the municipality of the Year, has misused his duty and authorisations, so that while he was practicing the teaching job he mistreated, scared and severely insulted the dignity of the injured, 13-year-old student, in a way that he initially shouts at, slams the bank bag, then slaps it in the face, and when he wants to leave the class, the same one stops him by pushing him with his hands and slamming him on the seat of the <1x>, it is said in the prosecutorial municipality of the State.

With these actions, the defendant H.R. has carried out his alleged criminal act.
