Hykmete Bajrami, VV's: Kosovo released in 1999, work something clear

And, naturally, the question about Vetevendosje is, were Pristina, Prizren and Mitrovica ill-governed by Vetevendosje?

A political party, the Vetevendosje Movement, the biggest loser of local elections, instead of working something for education, developing the economy, developing health, deepening friendly reports in the US, has decided to deal with all other things.

The ruling party that failed in local elections in most Kosovo municipalities is trying to rewrite history. It is trying to show when Kosovo was released and they have forgotten June 1999.
