Kosovo Police spokesman Driton Rugova has confirmed the news.
“Today about 9 p.m. over the phone, the police have been informed that a mill in the village of Vrelle in Istog has collapsed a wall and captured a man. The injured person has been sent to Peja Hospital where the medical team has ascertained his death”, Rugova said.
