Heavy Event in Vlora: Cut the vein in the neck with the broken glass, the child dies one year old

Dorat Kaca was at home when the tragic event occurred. The child arrived at 6:00 in Vlora's hospital facilities almost without signs of life.

The child was covered with blood, and the first verifications contained a wound to the neck on the left arm, which clearly showed that large blood vessels were damaged and the child had no breath and pulse. He immediately entered the operating room, where the team of four doctors could not restore the heart to work in spite of its rapid actions after serving cardiac arrest from blood loss.

“On the date 19,11.2021, about 18:08, has been submitted for medical assistance at the Vlora Regional Hospital, with neck injuries, allegedly by accident, a minor 1-year-old citizen, who has since passed the course of”, reportedly in the police report.
