The court's ruling has been made in the Gucati and Haradinaj case, in addition to having the Specialised Prosecutor's Office present the formal decision to close the case by November 10th.
According to The Hague Specialised Chambers' announcement, in advance, on December 2nd and 3rd, the preparation conference for defence will be held.
Also, it has become known that the defence will hand over motions to drop charges within November 17th.

Hysni Gucati and Nasim Haradinaj are staying in custody at The Hague on 25 September 2020, when they were also arrested in Pristina.
Former heads of the KLA War Veterans' Organisation are charged with criminal acts against justice administration, obstructing official persons in carrying out official duties, fearing witnesses, revenge and violating the secret of the procedure.
In the organization they were running, there were several packages allegedly containing documents derived from the Special Prosecutor's Office. All of this they had made public through media conferences and other public presentations.
