Richard Green, who is staying in Kosovo, wished the justice system would work faster in the case of former President Hashim Thaci, while saying the Special Court prevented reaching an agreement between Kosovo and Serbia.

On the plane he was going to the next round of dialogue that would be mediated by the Trump administration, the former head of state learned of the charges against him and former scientist Kadri Wessel.
