The investigation proved that those arrested threatened a Moldovan woman. They told her she couldn't be free until she paid off her debt.
“Borgi” was the money they had paid to transport from their native to Greece.
After the Moldovan's conduct in Athens, the group then took him into an apartment and began sending him to three different public homes. The investigation proved that the authors used five other women.
During the search, three mobile phones have been found and confiscated: 1265 euros for vehicle transfers. The unfortunate victim of human trafficking was offered assistance and protection by Greek authorities.
The detainees have been sent to the competent Prosecution, while in the same file, in addition to the five detainees, two other persons are involved in the investigation by Hellenic Police.
