For Mr. Rakiq is not known whether he was invited or not to attend the joint assembly of governments.
However, Elbert Krasniqi, minister of the Local Power Administration, is attending the meeting.
Also, a common picture could also be seen in Deputy Prime Minister Emilia Rexhepi, part of Kosovo's ethnic Bosniak minority.
