Gervailla: Kosovo still needs to convince disobedient states of visa liberalisation

In its report before the Parliamentary Commission for European Integration, the minister said Kosovo is working to gain recognition by the five non-recognitional states of the European Union.

She did not hesitate, however, to call the <x0 unfair” and the unex2 inexplicable” the delay being made for visa liberalisation.
