Germany has experienced a record high rate of seven-day genocide of 201.1 confirmed cases of coronary for 100,000 inhabitants, the Institute” Robert Koch” (RKI) said today.
That was the highest figure for seven-day intensification since the beginning of the David-19 pandemic.
Today's figure comes in 154.5 on Thursday and 130.2 a week ago.
The previous record figure was a seven-day incident of 197.6, on December 22, 2020, at the peak of the second wave of pandemic.
German health officials and lawmakers are facing a growing debate over a close fourth wave and possible renovation restrictions.

Outgoing ministers have voiced reluctance for a radical policy, while coalition talks to form a new government after the September elections are under way.
