According to this embassy, US Deputy Assistant Secretary Gabriel Escobar is also putting pressure on Bosnian leaders to advance reform and respect Bosnia and Herzegovina's territorial integrity.
” Congratulations on the new Special Representative in the Western Balkans, Deputy Assistant Secretary Gabriel Escobar!
