Giacobe has expressed condolences to families and has said authorities are working to bring authors to justice quickly

I was shocked by the violent assault on students in Glodjan. Authorities are working to bring authors fast to justice. The deepest condolences for the families of the victims and I wish the injured fast recovery”, he wrote.

Kosovo police have filed report for the macabre attack that took place last night in Glodjan, where three people were killed and one wounded.

Police have suggested that the driver died at the scene, until two students died in the hospital.

Suspect in case is on the run.

According to police, suspicions are that the bus was attacked by tin.

“Fsh. Glodjan, Decan 26.11.2021-18:58. It was reported that a bus while carrying a traveler was attacked with firearms (is suspected to be AK-47) by an unknown suspect. In this case, deadly injuries have suffered bus leader, the Kosovo male victim whose death the medical team has ascertained at the scene. And three victims, two males and one female (extra) have been sent to the Regional Pec Hospital, two of them have passed away (a male and a female) while the other victim is being treated in the hospital. The relevant units are on the scene. The suspect is on the run, the case in the investigative procedure”, said the report.

For the macabre crime that shocked the whole country has been declared to the media Police Director General Samedin Mehmetaj.

He has said there are currently two or three tracks on which it is working to whitewash the author of crime.

All relevant units are here. We actually have two or three tracks we're working on. Unfortunately, we can't give details because on the tracks we're working on are in the initial phase”, Mehmeti said.

Mehmeti said shares are under way in search of suspects and are interviewing persons who may be related to the case.

He said they're working in two or three directions where he thinks they have doubts but that it's early to talk about whether they have suspicious persons or not.

“We are working in two or three directions, where we have certain-based doubts but it's early to say that we have a suspicious person/a”, he said.

Furthermore, as far as Glodjan needs to enter state-circumcision, Mehmet said that they actually have the dog unit, but that, according to him, in rainy weather they can't smell or lead to a track.

“We currently have enough units, but in situations like this with rain, dogs cannot smell the smell of weapons or anything else”, he said.

Kosovo Police Deputy Commander in the Pec region Veton Elshani has said police, for now, have no reason to believe the event in Decani is a terrorist act.

According to him, police have reason to believe that the “attack has been carried out by a single person”.

Instead of the police, Kosovo Special Prosecution has emerged.

Chief Prosecutor Blerim Isufaj has said before the media that investigations are under way on several tracks, but that there are still no suspects.

He said there are two schoolchildren and bus driver among the three killed.

The State Chief Prosecutor's Office has called on anyone with information on the event to co-operate with the authorities so that the head of the work can be brought to justice as soon as possible.

The bus has been circulated in the Gjakova Rhacoan Revolution at the time the shooting occurred.

It's not clear yet if the bus was a target shooting.

Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani and Prime Minister Albin Kurti have named the event a <x0-terresponding” and have invited law bodies to reveal the perpetrators and bring them to justice.

Kosovo Minister of Internal Affairs Jedal Svecla has said he has interrupted the visit to Albania due to the event and that he has called on Kosovo Police “angation and maximum mobilization”, so that the author of this “acre” can be arrested as soon as possible.

Decani Mayor Bashkim Ramosaj has said he hopes this attack is not terrorist.

A bus that transports students to be shot at a place where two population children have found death... I wish it wasn't a terrorist attack but I wish these cases never repeated in our country, he added.

However, not yet the author nor the motives of the attack -- which shocked Decanin on Friday evening -- are known.

Other representatives of Kosovo's institutions and political parties have also condemned the event.
