The news has confirmed the spokesman for the Kosovo Correcting Service, Florent Gashi, who has announced that 339 prisoners have refused to vote.
The process of voting prisoners in all correcting institutions has been completed. According to the CEC's lists, voting rights have had a total of 736 prisoners, of them the right to vote has used 397 prisoners, while 339 prisoners have refused”, Gashi said.
